Project: Federal Election for the New Democratic Party of Canada
Role: Brand Director and Designer
Back in 2019, I had the pleasure of working as a designer on the NDP Election Campaign. For the 2021 Federal election, I was very excited to be chosen as the Brand Director for the party.
The Brand Director role included directing a team of 10+ designers and contractors across the country, managing artwork, and coordinating printing materials for all of our target ridings. Additionally, I was leading the creative direction for election night branding visuals, newspaper wraps, game materials, attack pieces, and lawn signs. I was consulted on the creation of Jagmeet Animal Crossing Island to maintain the brand language as much as we could within the Animal Crossing universe.
During my time as Brand Director, I was given the opportunity to create illustrations for the various posters, t-shirts, and tote bags sold in Jagmeets Swag Shop.

A sample of the GOTV materials directed by me and designed by lead designer Emma Colwell. All materials were created in French, English, and bilingual. Based on the region some pieces were translated and designed in various languages including Chinese and Punjabi.

Endgame materials for the leader. These pieces are pushed out during the final days of the campaign to reinforce our platform messaging. These were created with the leader as the focus but were customizable per candidate request. The endgame piece templates were created in English, French, Punjabi and, Chinese. The templates were designed by me and then produced by our team of designers.
