The Ontario Federation of Labour
Project: Digital Rebrand & Redesign of the Organizations’ Website
Agency: Point Blank Creative
Role: Art Director & Lead Designer
The Ontario Federation of Labours' brand was in need of a face-lift, but not a complete redesign. We wanted to bring them further into the now, and a little bit into the future, by creating a brand language that was better suited for digital application but maintained familiarity and recognition.

An acronym version of the logo was created to accommodate bilingual placements.

All various colour versions of the icon.

The digital identity guide was created to aid the client in rolling out the brand language in-house.

The guide includes things like minimum size recommendations, typography, the full colour palette and examples of the brand in use. The full guide can be seen here.

In addition to the rebrand, we created graphic email designs for the OFL newsletter.

A sample of the OFL org site hub home page and featured news section. The full site can be viewed here. The website was designed to be welcoming and easy to use, to increase brand affinity, and to drive more audience engagement with the OFL.
With the primary audience being workers, the site needs to act as a hub of information and resources and a place to take action on things like petitions, sending letters to your MPP, and attending events.
